In short

Your Lovable project is converted in your browser. We store an account only if you create one, and your project files only if you save a project. The AI fix agent sends theme files and source excerpts to the model provider for the duration of the request.

What we process

  • Account data: name, e-mail address, a salted password hash, e-mail verification status, credits, purchases and saved-project slots. Stored on our server in the EU (Germany) until you delete the account.
  • Project files: the ZIP you upload is unpacked and converted in your browser and does not reach our server. A GitHub repository you reference is downloaded through our server and handed to your browser without being kept. If you save a project, the source ZIP, the generated theme and your decisions are stored on our server until you delete the project.
  • Published site: the URL you enter for comparison is fetched through our proxy so it can be shown and measured next to the WordPress version; pages are not stored.
  • AI fixes: your instruction, the relevant theme files, source excerpts and measurements are sent to Anthropic's API to run the agent, and are handled under Anthropic's commercial terms. We keep the instruction, model, token counts and credits for your history and billing.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep the Stripe session id, amount and package.
  • E-mail: verification, password reset and purchase confirmations are sent through Resend.
  • Analytics and advertising: the marketing pages and the app load Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to understand usage and measure campaigns. These set cookies and process your IP address and browser data under their own policies.
  • Server logs: IP address, request path and time, kept briefly for security.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Analytics and advertising cookies are set by the services above.

Your rights

You can delete saved projects in the app at any time, and delete your account by writing to [email protected]; we delete the account data and any saved projects. You can also ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
