Helpful to include: the project (ZIP or repository), the published Lovable URL, and which page or section is the problem. If a conversion produced something wrong, the conversion notes shown in the review screen for that page tell us a lot.

Accounts, credits and invoices: your purchases are listed in the app; for a refund request mention the purchase date and the e-mail of the account.
